Your email address, your tickets and the replies are stored so the helpdesk works, and you get an email when I reply. Signing in sets one cookie to keep you signed in. The sign-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you’re not a bot, which loads a script from Cloudflare. Closed tickets are deleted after a year. See the privacy page for more.
